Wheels & tyres for earth moving equipment

As a manufacturer of individual wheels for tractors, combines, container handling, construction vehicles, mobile cranes and special vehicles we are the most important producer in Europe.
In the earth moving and construction field our company is even the only industrial manufacturer in Germany.
We supply both original equipment to well-known manufacturers of agricultural tractors, earth moving, construction and special vehicles as well as spare parts to all the specialized dealers.
Since 1997 we have been certified according to ISO 9001.
Due to the application of our state-of-art production equipment, such as CNC machining centre, welding robots and the 100 % supervision of the concentric running of the wheels, the well known Grasdorf Wennekamp quality is guaranteed.
As the first company worldwide we had the service life of a mobile crane wheel examined by the Academy for Operational Strength (Lehranstalt für Betriebsfestigkeit) in Darmstadt.

For earth moving and construction machines as well as for special vehicles we produce both single drop-centre rims and disk wheels consisting of 3 or 5 pieces that resist extreme conditions with regard to load and speed. Since Grasdorf Wennekamp wheels dispose of an extraordinary stability, they may be found wherever – under extreme conditions – a high degree of reliability is required:

• Airport fire trucks / Aircraft towing vehicles
• 4 wheel driven trucks
• Semitrailer motor vehicles for desert application
• Underground machinery in the mining industry
• Container loading vehicles, mobile cranes

Any Grasdorf Wennekamp wheels are supplied in the individual colours required by our customers. If desired, it is also possible to supply some special final coatings. Any special designs are realized as required by our customers.

Our extensive assortment guarantees that our customers are directly provided with spare and wearing parts on a short-term basis so that any expensive downtimes are avoided.
